Baby washing line

Marianne here today with my Friday blog project for you. I decided to make a paper pieced card using one of the cute dinkie stamps which are a bargain at just £2.

You will need
My Mind's Eye Sky's the Limit 6x6 paper pad
Pink Copics
White and cream card
6x6 card blank
Paper scraps
Joy birdhouse die
Spelbinders large scalloped circle dies
Memory Box butterfly delights die
Small pink pearls

1 Stamp the washing line onto white card. Colour the socks and bibs with pink Copics. Stamp the 2 babygros onto paper scraps and paper piece.

2 Cut a piece of the pink zigzag paper 13.8cm square and mount onto cream card. Attach to the centre of the card blank. Cut a piece of another pink patterned paper 4.5cm x 12cm and layer onto cream card. Attach the paper strip towards the top of the card.

3 Stamp the baby circle from the sentiment set onto white card and die cut using a scalloped circle. Stamp baby girl in the centre of the circle.

4 Die cut 3 birdhouses from cream card. Cut the pieces off one of them so that it is just a straight pole. Position the die cuts and stamped image so that the washing line appears to be hanging from the poles.

5 Attach the sentiment to the top of the right hand pole. Die cut 5 butterflies from cream card using the Memory Box die, Attach randomly and finish with small pink pearls in the centre of the butterflies.
