Irresistible Image Folded Card

Hello everyone - it's Helen here to share a shaped card I've made.  

The photo above shows what the card looks like flat - the finished size is 14cm by 14cm so it fits perfectly in to a standard sized envelope.

The photo below shows what the card looks like opened out: 

and here's a side view showing how the card is folded:

I used one of the images from the 'Men' Irresistible Images pack which you can find here on the website.

The sentiment I've used is a stamp from the 'Dictionary Definitions' pack which you can find here on the website.

Monthly Blog Challenge Inspiration - Sarah

Good Morning Everyone!
 

Today I bring you a quick reminder and inspirational post for the Anything Goes Challenge. For my card I have used the a sheet from the Irresistable Images - Silhouette Everyday Images. I also used a green paper from the Splodge paper pack, these packs are so stunning and I thought this would work perfectly for an artist themed card.
 

I used Distress Ink to create my own blue backing paper and used an oval punch to create the artist palette. I creates the brush using the tip of a flower petal and added some Card Candi in the colours of the paint from the palette to finish.

Friday Blog Project - Irresistible Image Card

Good morning - it's Helen here to share a very quick and simple folded card using some of the gorgeous new Irresistible Images from Little Claire.

If you haven't seen the new Irresistible Images yet then have a look here on the website to see the full range.  They are perfect for making quick cards and each pack gives you a great range of images.

I've used the 'Silhouette Romance' pack of images which is here on the website.

To make the card you will need:

3 images from the Silhouette Romance pack

selection of Dinkie Text stamps 

white card

black paper

Onyx Black Versafine ink pad

black gems

1. Choose 3 images from the pack and stamp a Dinkie Text sentiment on to each one using the Versafine ink pad as shown in the photo below.  The Versafine pad gives a nice crisp result with sentiment stamps and works perfectly on the image surface.

2. Create a three fold card with each panel measuring 10cm square.  I did this by joining two 10cm square card blanks together as shown in the photo below:

3. Mat each image on to a piece of black paper measuring 9cm square and then on to the white folded card as shown in the photo below.  Add black gems to each panel - I've used groups of three gems plus some single ones.

And here's the finished card again:
