Little Claire Likes - 'Winter Aga'

Every Monday, we showcase a much loved stamp from our extensive range in our 'Little Claire Likes'. Today's featured stamp is :

 

'Winter Aga'

Craft Creations - White Dots on Pale Brown Paper - £0.50p per sheet

White A4 Stamping Cardstock - £3.50

White Dotty Organza Ribbon - £3.80 per reel

Momento 'Rich Cocoa' Inkpad - £3.90

Promarkers Used : Dusky Rose, Sunkissed Pink, Sandstone, Caramel, Putty, Almond, Khaki, Pastel Beige & Ice Grey I & II - £1.70 per pen

Card Instructions :

 

(1) Cut a piece of paper to fit the kraft card blank, edge both and paper with brown inkpad.  Stick down onto card.

(2) Stamp up image and colour in with Promarker's, matt onto another piece of kraft card, edge with inkpad.

(3) Stamp up sentiment, punch out and attach to scallop circle of kraft, once edged with brown inkpad.

(4) On a piece of spare kraft card, attach two pieces of white dotty ribbon, tie two bows at one end, stick to card base.

(5) Stick down image and sentiment.

(6) Add brown pearls.

Little Claire Likes - 'Winter Aga'



 

Hello, autumn is nearly upon us, so today we are showcasing in our 'Little Claire Likes' .... the wonderful stamp set of 'Winter Aga', which should warm us all up!

It is a very generously sized stamp, that you can team up with some great papers and embellishments to make a friend/nan/auntie who loves to cook, a great card!

 

Here is Heidi's card that we are sharing today, made using this versatile set. She has decoupaged the bunting and oven gloves, added some baker's twine and wooden kitchen embellishments.

  

The stamp set also comes with a great little sentiment, 'Keep Warm And Carry On'.

Here is how the card was made :

 

Card Instructions :

 

(1) Firstly, stamp up image twice and colour in.  Cut out one set of bunting and oven mitt/towel, decoupage over images.
(2) Using two card blanks, cut one in half and on the second, fold one edge in half. Stick spare half of card to fold, this makes your easel card.
(3) Die cut out two large circles from the paper pack, stick down to easel front and bottom on card.
(4) Cut a strip of 'Aloe Vera' card and a piece of paper (13 x 2.5cm), attach two pieces of baker's twine and stick down using sticky pads, to bottom of card.
(5) Stamp up sentiment, cut out and matt onto a scallop circle.
(6) Add two bows using twine to side of bunting.
(7) Add coffee pot, cup and pearls to card.
