What a Lovely Weekend and a Chance to Win!

We had an amazing day on Saturday at Crawley when 25 ladies came to spend 'A Day With Little Claire' - you can see them all hard at work in the photo above!
The ladies did two classes, hosted by Gill together with DT members Heidi and Georgina - special thanks to Georgina who thought she was just coming to watch and ended up helping out!
We're already planning our next day in Crawley in May of next year so if you're interested, please give us a call or e-mail info@littleclaire.co.uk and we'll keep your details on file until everything has been finalised.
And here are two of the gorgeous cards that the ladies made on Heidi's class:
This first one was made using the 'We Three Kings' stamp and some of our amazing Glitter Sparkle Sheet
And another one made using 'Splishing and Splashing'

The on Sunday we were at the show at Biggin Hill - a big thank you to everyone who came to say hello and we hope you enjoyed the show.

We're planning lots more classes and events for next year and we'd love to hear you ideas about what classes you would like to go to - it could be techniques, themes or any other ideas you've got.  We'll do a draw on Friday at midday from all of the comments left by then and will choose three lucky people at random to receive a 'Star of Wonder' stamp to help with their Christmas card making!

  1. A workshop on using ProMarkers would be great. I find that I learn better face to face, it does not matter how many demos I watch my colours just don't look right.

  2. As one of the participants in the Crawley Workshop I learnt tons and feel a lot more confident. One area I would like to learn more about is how to achieve balance when deciding where to position the card components. I usually have to copy a layout or use a template.

  3. Oh you are not as far away from me as I first thought - even tho you are at the opposite side of London - we have nothing up this way so I may be interested in this classes. I agree with Helen T that PMs would be great or Prisma Pencils techniques perhaps. Hoping to get some pounds for my Bday this week and I will be back to spend them on some of your fab goodies.... 5. Hi
As one of your ladies on Saturday, I would like to send a Great Big Thank-you.
It was an enjoyable and interesting day. Doubly so for Marion and myself as we have a ton of stress in our lives at the moment. The time flew by helping us to forget our problems. And, what fabulous cards we made.
    Hugs and fishes

  6. I would love to attend any class, but as I live on the other side of the world, it would be a wee bit difficult - boo hoo

  11. If I could customer make a workshop it would include paper folding techniques to give cards & scrap book pages vava voom (Like Heidi’s Tepee card from Crawley day)

Being a scrapbooker at heart rather than a card maker, making components that can be utilised in both crafts again like Heidi's paper roses. Very clever

Incorporating water colours & inking techniques for maximum effect giving stamps an even more profession finish

    Well enough about me…………………………
    Thanks for a great day
