Friday Blog Project - White Wash Card

Hi, Shary here today and I'd love to show you a lovely technique to use with your stamps. Now I just have to say it's quite hard to get a good photo of this card but I've tried :0)

You will need...

White Embossing Powder
Brush
Ink Pads

  1. Take a Little Claire dinkie Kraft card and dust with an anti static pad now stamp the image with a Versamark ink pad. Emboss with white embossing powder.

  1. Wet your brush very lightly and using your ink pad ( I used Brilliance ink pads) "paint" your image using dabbing motions. When dry go over the colours with another layer of ink to make the colours pop.

  1. Stamp your sentiment with Versamark and again emboss with the white embossing powder.

A simple but really effective way of creating a different look to your cards.
You can try all sorts of inks but the Brilliance give off a lovely pearly effect which looks really pretty.

I hope you'll give this a go with your Little Claire stamps and show us your projects.

Shary
