We enjoyed a day of card making on Saturday...

...and had a great time, it was lovely to catch up with a great bunch of ladies and we met some new faces too, Helen N designed a wonderful selection of cards - here is a selection of what we made in the morning:

Post-it Note Holder
We made a Post-it note holder and here is the front cover decorated with our Poppies stamp and black gems, we made one Christmas card with our Christmas Geese stamp set and we covered the images with Glitter Film (love the purple swirly paper):

'Your so Tweet' stamp and one of our 'Postcard Greeting' stamps came together to produce a lovely twisted easel card in browns and reds:

You're so tweet
and shades of blue worked really well for our Butterfly Blossom card and we decoupaged the butterfly:

and finally, a good old concertina tag card made using our Changing Tree Baking stamp set and again two stamps from our Postcard Sentiments stamp set:

So we enjoyed a very busy morning on our classes, we were all very well behaved lol, and Steve especially, kept us supplied with lots of refreshments (we do love the mini rolls!)

What did we make in the afternoon? We'll show you soon...............
