Today we're sharing the cards designed by Helen N for our 'Get Into Shape' class last Saturday afternoon. We made five cards in all and they were all straightforward designs which are a bit different.
First of all we made a step card (above) using 'Daisy Campervan' which you can find here on the Little Claire website. Helen made the card base from a piece white card which was scored and folded to form the 'steps'.
Next a joyfold card made using the 'Made for Men' stamp set which you can find here and one of the 'Dictionary Definitions' stamps which you can find here. Again this card was made from two pieces of white card - one folded to C6 size and the other folded to a smaller size to make the smaller card flap.
Our next card was an oval shaped easel card using the very cute 'Daisy Bunting' stamp which you can find here on the Little Claire website and one of the new 'Postcard Sentiments' stamps (which you can find here) as a stopper on the easel.
Next we made a wall hanging using the 'Seascape' stamp set which you can find here and one of the 'Dictionary Definitions' stamps which are here. This is a really simple design and you could make it with circles, squares etc.
Finally a box card using 'The Smile I Bring' stamp set which you can find here.
There are lots more classes coming up during the rest of the year - all the details are here on the website.
Finally here are a couple of photos of the ladies on the class hard at work:
Blog Competition Winners!
Thank you to everyone who sent in their Scary Spider story, we enjoyed reading them and they really freaked us out (if you haven't already done so, take a look in the comments on the new sticker post to read the stories), we are now shaking out our bed sheets and any clothes prior to wearing!
We have 3 winners drawn at random from our blog and they are:
Anne Chilvers, Sarah Crisp, and Betty Simpson - well done ladies please contact Carol and we will send you the 9 new stickers.
