A treat box tutorial

Good Morning! Hope you are all happy and well. It's my turn (Donna) to do the weekly tutorial and I've decided to make something to fill with sweeties as a gift or maybe use as a desk tidy, to fill with your crafty bits & bobs.

Using a 12 x 12 piece of card, score at 4in & 8in as shown above, making 9 equal squares.  Then score diagonally across the four corner squares and punch a hole in each of the four corners as shown above.

Fold the score lines as shown and thread ribbon through the holes.

Pull the ribbons together and tie in a bow. Add a button detail.

Stamp four Little Claire's Butterflies onto two different colour papers and cut out as shown. Add glitter.

Die cut four square scallops in co-ordinating card and four squares in white card. Using an embossing folder, emboss and then ink the edges of the four white squares. Layer up the butterflies.

Stamp four Little Claire’s Sentiments and die cut . Die cut four scallop circles in co-ordinating card & layer up together. Glue one to either side of a coffee stirrer & add a gingham bow.

Assemble the scallop & plain square’s and stick onto the four panels, then attach the butterflies as shown. Fill will tissue, add sweets and sentiment sticks.
