A Little Idea...

Hi there! It is my turn (Helen R) to share a project with you today. I have chosen to make a simple note card that could be altered for various occasions and that could also be made in batches, for example, to make thank you cards.

You will need
Small card blank (approx 10cm square)
White stamping card
Purple ink (I have used ‘Grape Jelly’ Memento for stamping the flowers and ColourBox pigment ink for inking the edges of my card and papers)
Purple patterned paper
Lilac cardstock
Purple ribbon
Purple gems
Adhesives: 3D foam pads and glue

1.     1. Stamp the flowerhead, in purple all over the front of your note card, in a random arrangement as shown in the picture and then ink the edges of the card with pale purple ink:

1    2.  Cut out a small rectangle of purple card (approx. 9cm x 4cm) and ink the edges. Mount onto it a slightly smaller piece of purple patterned paper, again with the edges inked.
2   3. Stamp and cut out a tag sentiment of your choice and ink the edges.
3   4. Attach the ribbon and tag to your rectangle before using 3D foam pads to stick this piece to your main card, towards the bottom of the card as shown in the picture.
4   5. Attach 3 purple gems to the top left hand corner to finish off your card.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my project, I hope you find it useful. I hope you all have a lovely weekend, with some crafting in your plans!  Helen R x
