Hearts & Flowers

Good Morning! Hope you are all having a lovely week so far. Hopefully the weather has been a little brighter where you are.

It's my turn ( Donna ) to share a little project with you all.

You will need : a 14cm card blank

patterned paper

co-ordinating cardstock

Hearts & Flowers stamp set

Sunshine Sentiments stamp set

Promarkers

Spellbinders Circles, Scallop Circles & Floral Ovals dies

Also, various embellies, dies to decorate

First of all score the front of the card blank in half and fold outwards.

Then mat and layer the patterned paper and card stock on the inside and front as shown below.

The measurements are : Cardstock - 13.7cm square & 13.7cm x 6.7cm

Patterned paper - 13.4cm square & 13.4cm x 6.4cm

Stamp the tree image from the set, colour and cut into an oval ( I drew around the inside of the largest Floral Oval)

Cut out the largest Floral Oval with card stock and mat the image onto it.

Then stick the bottom half onto the front of the card as shown.

Then stamp the sentiment and mat onto a card scallop circle.

Then turn the card so it is the right way up and attach the sentiment with a foam pad as shown below, making sure you leave the bottom half free so the image will slot into it.

Then all that is left to do is decorate. Add some flowers, buttons and a butterfly.
