Now for the winners of last Tuesday's competition to win a pack of our new Dinkie Scallop Cards...

I love the floral ones - the camellia is great for either a small feature or for doing backgrounds, and the tall poppies is so easy to repeat to make a whole field of poppies - Judith

Well, it's nearly the end of April and hopefully these recent showers and sunshine will bring lots of lovely May flowers.  Here at Little Claire 'shedquarters' we are looking out at pots of bluebells, pansies and a glorious camellia - just beautiful!

    Hi there at Little Claire. I like lots of flowers so it's hard to choose but I think my favourite is an Orchid, it's just shame they don't last long.

    MY FAVOURITE FLOWER IS THE 'FREESIA' I HAD IT IN MY WEDDING BOUQUET 35 YEARS AGO, THEY HAVE HAVE A LOVELY SCENT AND ARE SO BRIGHT AND HAPPY.

    My favourite flower is the Gerbera. I grew some a few years ago, and it was a double-headed yellow one!!

    I love daffodils. I hate the long dark cold wet days of winter. As soon as I see the daffodils coming through I know spring is on its way. xx

    My favourite flower is the chrysanthemum. A lovely memory of my Mum who passed away nearly 40 years ago as they were also her favourites.

    I love sweet peas, such beautiful blooms and the most gorgeous scent. I grow them in my garden every year and really enjoy having them in a vase in the house, smells wonderful!

    My favourite flower is the hyacinth. Such pretty colours and the fragrance is wonderful. When I see them flowering it is truly Springtime.

    Wonderful DT cards! My favourite flower is the Carnation, especially the scented ones. The only problem is it's one of my cats favourites too as she loves biting the heads off them and leaving them for me, so kind of her, lol! Sweet Peas are a close second as the scent is so lovely. Debra x
